Love never hurts, when we attach to something that happens, that we don't like, and claim responsibility for someone's choice that we may have very little to do with, and give all of our power to them so that they can feel better about moving on by making us believe something is wrong with us. Yes I can see where THAT might smart a little...

because you put your heart on the line, its bound to happen. love leaves you vulnerable and when vulnerable you become sensitive and prone to becoming hurt. happens to all of us.
