No sir. I'm sure the states vary as to requirements. I have never heard anyone say anything about solo driving on a permit. If you could do that, then what would be the difference between a permit and a license???

You have to look to your state's laws. But I think no matter what, with a permit, you NEED to have an "experienced" driver in the car. Your state will define what experienced means. Driving alone with only a permit is a good way to get arrested and have your permit revoked, and you'll have to wait a few more years to get your license.

No you can't. You need an adult at least 25 years or older.
