Tie a knot in the front or to the side to revile your mid section, like they did in the late 80's.

you can cut down either side from the bottom, up and then cut horizontal strips. No more than an inch or so I guess. Tie the strips from both sides together as they match and knot them. This makes the shirt smaller and it's actually pretty cute. I do it to some shirts that I don't even need to.

buy shirts that actually fit. they're not "adorable" if they aren't flattering for your body type at all. even if you're on a budget, find a plato's closet or something in your area and you can get cute clothes for cheap

It was a girl in a large t-shirt that broke up my happy home. Not to say girls in t-shirts are bad, but definitely irresistible.

when i find myself with a shirt that`s too big, i get the ol` scissors out & customize them to fit my body...i can`t stand long, loose shirts, so i gotta do something, or else i`ll never wear them!!!
