I could see someone rapping to it yes. It's kind of simple for hip-hop though. I would check the volume on the opening keys (the harpsichord or whatever it is) or maybe just drop that set an octave. Then add some samples (a car crash, or some forest fire sounds, maybe some dude yelling or chicks doin' accapella) and some scratching. Fill up the background you know. Very good start though.
