No, you don't do it for your bf. You only ever have cosmetic surgery if it's something you really want. You cannot just go up to ridiculous cup sizes either, you can maybe increase 1-2 cup sizes in one operation.
This is your body and you are the one stuck with the implants as a sorry reminder when you two split up. Sorry if that was harsh, but a relationship based on physical appearance is not a lasting one.
If he is that obsessed with boobs, then maybe you should find a man that truly cares for you and not just what you look like. This sort of controlling behaviour from your bf is not acceptable. You have to make this clear to him, or he will just continue to push the boundaries to see if they can get what they want. First it will be boobs and then he will move on to something else....people like this are selfish and not bothered about you or your feelings, only that they get what they want.

NO I would never do it for a boyfriend just because he likes it, I think it's corny myself, Personally I would get a boob job if he's paying and I wanted some but no way unnatural over sized boobs. If you want bigger boobs yourself, then have them made bigger but by a size or two at a time depending how your natural ones are.
My boyfriend would never ask me to do that I would kill him if he suggested it to me, and I would never do it for him if he wanted me to for his liking.
He shouldn't incourage you to, if you do, you've got to want it for yourself, because if you split you might want to chuck them out with him, and it would be you inconvenience to be stuck with a massive pair of boobs.
I know someone who got boobs after having smallish pair and she hates the unwanted attention, and hers aren't over-sized.
Over-sized FAKE boobs are really ugly and unattractive. Eeeerrggh.

u have to think about it & decide if that`s what U want, not him!!! it`s not his body, nor his decision to make!!! personally, if a guy wasn`t happy with the way i looked...fine!!! he knows where the door is!!! i sure wouldn`t hold him back & hopefully it would hit his a** end on the way out!!! haha yeah!!! only do it for your own reasons, because that`s a big deal & what if u end up not staying with this guy & u had gotten these huge boobs especially because of him??? i don`t think it`s worth it!!!

First of all what man does not like huge boobs!!
And Second of all do you want them because if you don't,,, don't get them!!
Get them for your self and not him!!
A little bit of info for you.......they can't go with you when you die they will need to come out or they will burst!!
