my husband and i are retirees and live in a 5th wheel-we would like to find the cheapest place to live.?

we are retirees and live in a 5th wheel. the cost of living in Galveston County, Texas is too high. We are looking for an rv park anywhere in the united states that would be the cheapest for groceries, etc. any suggestions?
