You should try hard to get into a top college to prepare for medical school

Fewer than half the kids who complete all their premed prerequisites are admitted to medical school. And many kids do not even apply, since they know they will probably not be accepted. You need all the advantages you can get - that would include the top teachers and toughest courses so that you can get the best possible score on your MCAT exams. You can get more information about medical schools on the website of the Association of American Medical Colleges.

You must be totally serious about your approach to preparing for med school, otherwise you just won't make it. One thing you could do right now is top using that junior high school babytalk and start writing using proper English at all times. Would you really want to be treated by a Doctor who wrote "wat college should i go 2" Bad habits are hard to break and that internet slang is a bad habit.

Honestly, for undergraduate all that really matter is you keeping up your GPA >3.50 & getting a high score on the MCAT. It would be no help to you to attend Harvard for undergraduate & end up with debt and a low GPA . It is MEDICAL SCHOOL that make u into a doctor and undergraduate college is preparation for medical school just like HS preparing for college !!! Best of LUCK pre-med is not an easy tract !!!

sure there some colleges in which you would be able to take those forms of training, yet they are oftentimes the community college ones. 4 year college ones require a form, probably money to persist with, and essays. I had taken a cake adorning type as quickly as at a community college. And sure, I did meet my companion at school. It replaced into our freshman year at Michigan State college. we are meant for the different!

Go to a college that fits your needs. Only you can decide whats best for you. If you are a farid to "fall of the wagon" due to partying, or something go to a small school. if you think you can handle a big university go for it. It really is up to you and what you can afford. Hope this helps.

US News rates colleges every year. I would start there to find the highest rated medical colleges or pre-med programs. Go to their website and you will be able to find the info. You should major pre-med. Most schools will guide you as to what your specific major should be, but they will have a pre-med program. Good luck.
