Title of the song (that's really an opera's aria) is "La danza" aka "Tarantella Napoletana" and the music is by the famous Italian musician Gioacchino Rossini (the author of the opera The barber of Seville).

The song by Orgon Grindor is absolutely a parody and lirycs is not in Italian.
