Colgate Total...which claims to keep your mouth clean for 12 hours. I saw a comparison test on television by Dr. Dean Edell once where he tested their claim along with some other toothpastes and found that for Total it actually did live up to it's claim. The other toothpastes didn't last as long but then they didn't say the did. I've been using Total ever since because I have periodontal disease and it has helped along with rinsing with Listerine and flossing regularly. Sounds like a commercial, huh?

Only Colgate Paste-my dentist says it gets rid of stains better than any toothpaste-but to switch occasionally becasue it's harsh too! Only Paste Not GEL !!
Crest leaves my mouth feeling dirty, I hate Dirty Teeth nothing more unattrative!!
