How can i tell if i was ovulating??

Question

I only had One time of unprotected sex ?My last period started about the 11th of april of real bleeding anway the 10th i had some brown spotting and the 16th -17th was when my period ended. I had unprotected sex the 25 of april prior to that day i had white stretchy disharge but 2 days after sex it has stopped. Could i have been fertile? My cycle can vary but if i had to take a guess i would say 30 day cycle on average give or take? I could not get plan b in time.Is their anyway to tell?What are the odds?

I still have some discharge just not as much and i have light cramps .

The best way is to begin testing your basil body temperature. Basil Body Temperature is an inexpensive and accurate form of determining ovulation when preformed correctly. The first morning in ovulatory cycles, the female’s body temperature rises. As a woman’s menstrual cycle progresses from the follicular phase to the luteal phase, and there is a surge in the luteinizing hormone (LH), there is generally a rise in temperature. This is noted two days after the surge in the luteinizing hormone. During the ovulatory cycle, when the LH surge occurs, 14-48 hours later, ovulation occurs. There are also ovulation prodictor kits available.

Ovulation generally occurs 14 days before your next period is due. So if you run on a 30 day cycle, that means you would have been ovulating around the 26th or 27th. Since sperm can live 24 hours (or so I've heard) there is a chance that you could be pregnant. There are free ovulation charts available online-all you have to do is search the word "ovulation" and use one of those to do your own calculations. Either way, I'd definately get a pregnancy test ASAP - good luck to you.

Is brown spotting normal for you? If so you may have a progesterone deficiancy - this can be fixed. You should chart your CM every day of your cycle. You should have a few days in a row of clear stretchy mucus (stretches more than 1 inch.) the last day of this is your ovulation day. Sometimes the seminal fluid can be mistaken for stretchy CM (they look the same).

It's a definate possibility that you got pregnant. Sounds about your fertile time, and the CM you describes is a sign of ovulation. You'll just have to wait till you miss your period. Best of luck.

50/50 chance that you are PG.Try an ept test in about a week or 2.But usually when i ovulate its thick clear discharge.
