my neighor , a monster truck driver , drive his truck into my house and crushed it to rubble and he's makeing me pay for the dent in his truck what should i do

Sounds like a job for Ty Pennington and crew!
Then if this is serious, and he's that dumb, keep in mind that this dent is proof of what he did to your house. Have him write something up, and say you want to give it to your homeowners insurance to get it to cover his dent. Then take lots and lots of pictures.

if you look through the phone book you can find local attorneys the will give you a free consultation. they will be able to tell you what your rights are as far as the law goes. you can take it from there, and depending on what the attorney says, you may be able to take him to court.
