ok, this may sound a bit neurotic but what is up with this? I was txting a guy I have been seeing and then he stopped all of a sudden and I haven't heard from him in 2 days. We weren't fighting or anything and he lives out of town but we have mutual friends who say he is busy but other than that, he is fine. I txt him twice but heard nothing.
We tend to talk more via txt then on the phone which is why I didn't pick up the phone to call him but since I had made 2 attempts to contact him, I just pretty much decided I wasn't making anymore. Chances are I will hear from him this weekend like nothing is wrong.........is this normal for guys?
You guys don't have that same need to talk frequently? thx

Well, he just spent the weekend with me for the first time and it went pretty well......there was an issue with us not being an 'item' but I could tell he didn't want me to go out with this other guy who asked me but couldn't really tell me no. I think he is scared but I still think it's beyond weird to stop mid-conversation and then nothing for 2 days. Guess I could call him but pride makes me want to wait for him to get over whatever is buggin him rather than chasing..........what do you think?

Satisfy your brain. Call him. If he picks up, then ask him if he's ok. If he doesnt pick up, I'd consider he's no longer interested. No biggie.

SOunds like the shaft! Idk if you guys have been talking over txt it doesnt sound like a high high priority for him. Try talking more on the phone and (if you can distance sounds bad) to make your relationship take a front burner instead of being a on the go kind of thing. If he does call ask him why the sudden freeze and if itt's no big deal then stick with it. If he doesnt...screw him! Find a guy whos waiting for your calls as much as you wait for his!

It's pretty clear he doesn't want to talk to you.
He probably has another girl friend and too chicken to just come out and tell you.
If I was you and unless he's very sick , in the hospital or somehow unable to call, He would be history to me.
It's normal for some guys, now you see me. now you don't.
But if he really cared for you, he'd keep in touch.

I think guys get scared and pull in the reigns when it starts getting serious. That is totally normal.
