first is my computer can't delete and save files
the recycle bin can't emptied
the safe mode doesn't work
everything goes back everytime i restart the computer
i can't uninstall programs
and even if i could uninstall and install programs
it's just not working everytime i restar the computer
i could'nt even edit the register nor clean it
IT ALL BEGAN WHEN I INSTALLED F SAVER AND THEN UNINSTALLED IT AND I INSTALLED OTHER PRODUCT OF ANTIVIRUS WHICH IS THE KASPERSKY....
THE UNINSTALLATION OF F SAVER WORKED BUT WHY IS IT THAT MY COMPUTER IS MESSED UP
AND ANOTHER THING THE KASPERSKY INSTALLATION IS NHOT COMPLETE

This is not the correct group for this answer, but your computer is so mess up that it is better to format your disc and re-install Windows. You will need your original OS discs.
