Are hats or caps legal, which says FBI or CIA or Police on it?

Well, I mean, I bought a hat and the text on it says FBI. is that ok if I wear it every where?

Sure these can be bought in the Capital Shopping mall so if's legal to sell it's legal to wear

If you try to misrepresent yourself as having that authority then it is illegal. Otherwise it is free speech.
People shouldn't take so much at face value.
