yes you can that is why they suggest you use a spermicide with condoms aswell...
when you think about it if you are fertile at the time and your partner tries to pull out b4 he blows and ends up blowing just as he gets out and the smallest amount of sperm lands near the opening of your vagina you can fall pregnant the chances are slim but it can happen..... so what would your chances be in your situation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BTW why would you want to put a used condom back inside you??????????

If the sperm is still fresh and alive, and the condom is placed inside with one end open so that the fluid can escape, then yes she coulld get pregnant.

Do you mean like, while he's not looking, empty the contents of the condom deep inside you??? If so, then yes you can.
Sort of makes one wonder, why use a condom anyway.

Yes, you could but.............you could also not be able to retrieve the condom and end up having to go to the doctor to have it removed or end up with a terrible infection.
