haha yeah, try to avoid taking cabs in london if at all possible!!! several years ago i had to travel from gatwick airport to the center of the city, near victoria station...my friend was supposed to meet me, but had an unexpected emergency, so i was left to my own devices with tons of luggage...my 1 hour trip by cab cost me about 75 pounds!!! yeah!!! so, better to take the train or something...your billfold will surely thank you!!!

around £50, though your better of using the tube, or bus it's much cheaper.
