The Idea of both games are the same but the atmospheres are different. I never really though how similar they really are you are right good eye.

Well both are done by Rockstar. That would be why they seem similar. They really aren't though. First of all you can't injure people in Bully. Sure you could punch them or throw them in a garbage can, but no INJURY the same group of people are always around. In GTA you can kill people and you don't know who they are in general. Mind you I don't know who most of the people in Bully are as far as ID but yeah they are the same people, not like the people who walk around in GTA. Yeah you could find some things that are the same but there are things that are different as well.

it's made by the same company isn't it? If so, that's why there are similarities.
