As a Hurricane Katrina evacuee, I despise the fact that people are blaming Bush for the tragedy! Bush DOES NOT control the weather, folks! Secondly, this was the WORST NATURAL DISASTER TO HIT THE UNITED STATES! If it wasn't for all the publicity in New Orleans, showing the chaos that already existed LONG BEFORE Hurricane Katrina hit, people would have seen that other places like HANCOCK COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, were hit DIRECTLY!
Bush is not to blame...Katrina hit three different states' coastlines, and I believe that he did the best he could under the circumstances. It was FEMA representatives who should have been under fire for their inability to provide aid quickly and the media for creating a false vision that it was his fault. The media failed to show that counties in Mississippi near the Louisiana border, were trapped on rooftops and in attics as well.
Look at some of the stupid things Mayor Nagin said: "Katrina hit us harder because we're black." "We're gonna create a Chocolate City." C'mon, folks! Give me a break! Put yourself in the president's shoes...THIS WAS THE WORST NATURAL DISASTER IN OUR NATION'S HISTORY! HOW WELL WOULD YOU HAVE PERFORMED UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES?

I like the name Hurricane Nagin better. After all he was right there and what did he do to help.

It was all Bush's fault that all those folks in New Orleans ignored all those warnings days before Katrina hit.
Bush is also responsible for all cold weather because he refuses to build a 20,000 foot wall on the Canadian border to stop Arctic fronts.

Wow, should we call him God? Creator of the universe? Since when did Bush become Almighty Hurricane Creator? I must say, you have given him too much authority in YOUR eyes.

I love that! Yes! Hurricane Bush went straight to the site of the VT shootings, but he never did that for the victims of Katrina. He's not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but he certainly knows how to destroy people's lives and doesn't seem to mind about all the KIDS being killed in Iraq. He's just fighting his daddy's unfinished war. You can tell I am not a Bush supporter. Ha.
