Even though I am for gay rights and support the GLBT community even though I myself am not gay I have a friend who is even though I am not religious in any sense of the word but I have to say that I find your question offensive in the extreme The Virgin Mary was not a lesbian she was a young woman who found herself pregnant with Gods child and was enganged to marry Joseph at the time Mary would only have been 14 years old and probably had no idea about sex.

You are working on a lot of false assumptions. I'll try to clear them up for you. 1) she didn't say she was not interested in men, she said she hadn't had sex with one at the time she was carrying Jesus. 2) she had other children with Joseph, the bible refers to brothers of Christ.
3) she was overbearing.... not so, she was a good wife to Joseph and a good mother to Christ.

There are some who believe from scripture that Jesus had brothers. some don't, and believe those who were referred to as siblings were cousins. tough call. i think the pope would agree with the latter.
if they were brothers, she at least had heterosex.
personally, i don't think Mary's sexuality is an issue here.
