My grandfather. For all the bad things I had to endure while growing up, he showed me all the good things in life. I try to model my ways after him, he always treated people nicely and with respect. He died when I was 20, and that certainly wasn't enough time to spend with him here. I've always hoped that he's the first person I see when I get to Heaven.

I don't really have an idol- but my hero is my Son. He is a U.S. Soldier who just came back from Iraq. Actually all of our Soldiers & Marines are my heros!

My deceased gran and my Mum and Dad. All three of them have been truly inspirational in the way that they have handled incidents in their lives. It is important to me to have idols that are real to me.

I would say my dad. He drank for 25+years. He was an violent abusive alcoholic. But he turned his life around. We have mended our relationship...and I realize that if someone as far in the hole as him can change then there is hope for all of us.
