Years ago I used Royal Secret by Germain Monteil. Nostalgically I researched on line and found it was atrributed to two different names. Has the formul changed or is it just my nose as I used to consider it verylovely and now I'm greatly disappointed. It also seems much cheaper. Perhaps my memory is playing tricks on me. Has anyone thoughts or answers on this?

ROYAL SECRET has always been the best perfume that I have ever known. I grew up with my favorite aunt who wore this perfume relentlessly. A dab would be all she needed and I could smell her miles away. She is deceased, and yet, I can still get whiffs of her presence. I went on line also and I have ordered the perfume - I don't know that it's 'cheaper' - but possibly more available since I am sure it might not the the top selling perfume today, I love this perfume and will continue to purchase it. I am just glad that it is still being sold. You can't find it on the counters.

YES, FIVE STAR CHANGED THE FORMULA ...MAINLY THE OI BASE IS GONE & ORE ALCOHOL BASE
