Drink 2-3 glasses of warm water as soon as the cramps start
Instead of hitting the bed , walk around.Walking helps in easing the pain.
Grandmothers swear by this:
Heat 1 teaspoon sugar with 1/2 teaspoon ghee and 1/2 teaspoon ajwain.Gulp it down with water......

First off, Im sooo sory you have to be the umteenth victim of these merciless contractions. Ask your parents to schedule doctors appointment, you should get atleast 500mg of Naproxen, or preferably Ivbuprofen (spelled something like that). 500mg takes care of everything. I get cramps so bad I vomit, get fevers, and one time got a early hot flash in the summer...if your parents are willing, ask for birth control. To make this sound better, tell them you want birthcontrol to reduce the pain, because it is unbearable for someone your age. ;)

Breathe. It helps really! just concentrate on taking deep breaths in and out.
When you get home - if theres a 7-11 nearby go to the energy drink aisle and get bawls guarana. It's a blue glass bottle - it takes care of cramps in about 2 minutes. nothing like it!

If you have a way to get something really hot to drink like coffee or hot chocolate. That helps pretty quick normally.
Sorry. Hope you feel better this afternoon!

Seriuosly...this works for me....concentrating your breathing almost panting....and doing situps....while taking deep breaths...in and out....
You are in school...but maybe you can go to the gym....the breathing is similar to Lamaze breathing or deep breathing for Yoga....good luck...and less pain...now breathe....in and out....good.....
