I will never ever ever recommend depo for anyone ever. I was on it for four years and the side affects were terrible.

Why no coil or pill?

I would suggest condoms, abstinence, the patch, the nuvaring.

Depo shot: Once every 3 months.

The implant: Thin piece of plastic inserted by dr. under skin of arm. Good for up to 3 years.

Just use a condom! You don't have to worry about side effects like weight gain, from the pill.

Nuva ring....I think it's awesome and so does my husband.....It's not painful and cause me not to have craps...just bleeding when it's time and that's it.....nuvaring.com I believe is the site...If your insurance is good then they should pay for it but if not it's 75.00 every month.....but it's worth it to me....

Check the site out and talk to your doctor....I have tried numerous methods and this is the best........All my friends have started to use it also.....
