I just watched Monday's episode (late I know) but I was wondering why he was getting sued. That girl looks familiar like he used to date her or something....
Thanks.

Delko finds himself being sued for $250,000 in personal injury after intervening in a heated and physical argument between a man and his wife in a bar. Despite the fact that they are later determined to be scam artists (and the husband's subsequent murder), Eric settles with the wife rather than take it to court, so as to prevent more scrutiny of the lab, particularly of Delko and Horatio's less-than-official trip to Brazil earlier in the season. At the end of the episode, Eric signs papers authorizing his wages to be garnished, and starts arrangements to work extra shifts.

Sorry no spoiler information right here. i'm also desirous to entice close! i extremely desire he would not get killed-off. i grow to be type of suspecting something even as the Boa Vista chick got here on finished time. i idea "they could take some one off because then it is going to likely be too many on the team". Then Erik receives shot! He appeared like he grow to be already lifeless, accurate? And what heck grow to be Horatio's difficulty. He in simple terms stood there and stared at him!! It grow to be bizarre that he did not get on the telephone quicker. As for the previews, they don't help because they are continually deceptive. i'm counting the days 'til Monday. in the period in-between, if I do discover some "information" i'd be more advantageous than satisfied to fwd to you... **replace: I did discover on yahoo television coaching guide episodes that he's killed off. with any luck that's in simple terms deceptive**
