Do you give a thumbs up also everytime? If not what determines if you give a thumbs up also?
Do you return to the question to see if the answerer has left a comment?

I usually forget to give my best answer choice a thumbs up. I forget because I'm concentrating on typing my response to them and thanking the other people who responded. Occasionally I go back and check to see if anyone left any comments on my old questions. Most of the time there isn't any.

I've learned to wait until the end of all the answering,maybe when everyone, or someone has given me the answer I like, then I put it too vote and most of the time I forget to go back and check for comments.
I don't think this was quite your question but everyone seems to be answering it this way, I give thumbs up to just about everyone unless they are a complete idiot.

I give thumbs up pretty randomly and seldom on my own question. The question or the answer had to move or annoy me for me to give a thumbs up or down.
I usually go to the question afterward but not always. Depends on my e-mail load or how busy I am at the time.
After reading the above posts I will try to give thumbs to all who answer my questions. I never thought about it til now.

I only give thumbs up if the person's answer is something I can relate to, or is creative, and funny. I don't give a thumbs up all the time.

I almost always give a thumbs up since they took the time to answer it....unless the answer is just really really bad.

I tend to give most people thumbs on my questions unless they are offensive or I don't agree with them.
I dont usually go back to my questions after i have chosen best answer

I give thumbs up if a person answers like I would have..why answer it again the same way someone else does???? Takes up too much space for some one who has a different answer.
Yeah, I like to add comments!!! Tell them thanks for their input!!

I love funny and different answers-always giving a thumbs up. If they're a jerk, with a stupid answer, I don't give them anything.
