With the popularity of comic heros at a all time high it might be possible. Unfortunately, the studios are focusing on those heros that are the most popular and known to everyone other then just comic fans. Spawn's popularity has waned and unfortunately, the material is a bit dark and serious for the type of movies they are making nowadays. In order to maximize the profits studios are making PG and PG-13 rated movies so everyone and their mother will be able to see it.

All the 'sequels' to Spawn were animated. There are no plans for another live-action one.

We could only dream of such a perfect world bro!
I would love to see it! The first was awesome and a second would be cool!
Until then we're going to be stuck with stupid Lindsay Lohan high school movies, movies about teen girls with issues and about the horse they take care of.
Peace out.
