I don't believe that there will ever be peace on earth Until Christ returns and brings his world ruling government. When all nations will be brought unto one rulership. When citizens are not taxed up to their necks . But in order to write an essay about this topic about starvation and how it affects the people, Just think about when you were really hungry and what you would do just to have your belly full. Remember the pictures and videos of Hurricane Katrina and when the people were starving in the superdome, and in other parts of the cities, they were forced to break-in and steal food from grocercy stores. Imagine having a child who is crying and crying because they dont have enough food to eat, you as a parent will do anything including robbing, stealing, and even killing for a morsel of food. Do a little research on the Donner party that was stranded at the beginning of winter in the 1800's when trying to cross the mountains and how some of them if not most of them eventually started to eat each other. Be creative and bring out the deep instincts of human nature. We need food, a roof over our head and clothes on our back, when we don't have one of these, especially food, we cannot function as rational human beings.

"Why will there never be peace in the world while some people are starving?"
Then I'd write down as many answers to that question as I could. Use those answers as starting points for pieces of your essay (take an answer, and discuss it; offer supporting evidence or your thoughts why it's true or not true, etc.)
An essay is your thoughts on something, and your thoughts are the important ones. Better to produce something rough from your head than something beautiful from somebody else's head.

You cannot reason with a person when their whole focus is on the fact they are starving. You can also be starving for other things, feeling loved, feeling worthwhile. knowledge etc etc. So having the ability to create a peaceful situation requires a person be somewhat happy with their current status in life.

Peace comes after we satisfy our hunger for other things in our lives. It can be peace in our own selves or negotiating peace in the world with other countries. This is MY theory of why the United States sends so much humanitarian aid to other countries, is to show compassion and reduce hunger etc. So the governments and people are more open to communication and treaties.
