Have the car fixed just enough to make it legal and pass inspection.Don't worry about how it looks for now.

Wow, with your run on question, I'm not really sure what you are asking here. If your vehicle was damaged to the point where it would cost more to fix it than the worth of the vehicle, and the insurance has given you the worth of the vehicle, that's the end of it as far as they are concerned.

What you have said is true, unless the vehicle is fixed (which you already know is more than the worth of the vehicle) and found to be roadworthy, you won't be able to insure or drive it.

If you work 15 miles away it seems you have two choices, take the bus, or buy another vehicle. Actually there is a third choice if someone in your neighborhood happens to work at the same place and is willing to let you ride to work with him. I'd offer to help with fuel if you can do that.

Did this answer any of your question? If not, please re-post and clarify what you need to know.

You have to look for an auto body shop that works directily with the insurance company,You give them Your car. They fix it and the insurance pay direct to Them.
the other choice is look for the insurance company estimator, and ask in what place they will fix Your car ,with the money He allow.
and some of those body Shop also give a Rented Car for the same policy.

look for a lawyer.

you purchased a set of air contained in the equipment nonetheless. Bleed it back, and bleed all the brakes, not merely the only you replaced. you ought to have replaced both side mutually. pump up the pedal slowly beforehand freeing the stress. in case you pump right away, it makes all the large bubble turn in to little bubbles and it is going to develop into extra frustrating to bleed the equipment.
