I think that Cleveland will, which will be good for them as they are one of the worst teams in the NFL. However, this will be bad for Quinn, as Cleveland will ruin him. Cleveland sucks, always will, and I live there so I'm allowed to say so.

Most likely the browns and if they do as long time cleveland Browns fan I will be no longer. BQ is not the answer to the browns many problems. Also he stinks in big games:
All 4 bowls games
USC x4
Almost lost to UCLA last year. Not to mention he struggled in so many other games. He is terriable under pressure and with the browns offensive line forget about it.
He should drop around the 7-15 range in this years draft.

I am a huge Lions fan and the Lions definately do not need hum, or any other eteam for htat matter, but we will probally draft him becuase Matt Millen is such a terrible history of draft picks and never will be able to pick a good choice int he draft EVER. So, yeah the Lions will probaly end up with the all-time bust waiting to happen.....uhhh man this sux

Unfortunately for Quinn, I believe he will go at pick #7 to the Minnesota Vikings. They could use him though.
