You can install chicken wire around the deck and porch to keep them from getting under it.

Stop feeding them! lol...well i had this problem all the time!my baby couldnt even play in the yard because of the poop everywhere!my solution was i got a dog!no more cats in my yard! p.s kick the crap outta them when you see them!
