Depends on the type of guinea pig you have. If it is a long haired variety, perhaps he just needs a good brushing. Abyssinian's look like they have cowlicks all over them. If it is a teddy bear (also called Rex coat), then he's supposed to look like he's having a bad hair day!!
If you have a short haired guinea pig and he looks disheveled and has stopped grooming himself, he may be sick. In that case a trip to the vet would be in order.

well it depends on the type of gunie pig but if it is peruvian it is most likly because they have not been brushed in a while most genraly short haired american guniea pigs dont look like that unless they have just been scratching them self or somthin
