WiFi and BT (Bluetooth) are different wireless standards. WiFi is more common for home networks, so I'm assuming you're asking about WiFi.

Check your DSL model first.
If you have ATT/SBC DSL and got the 2Wire Router that came with it, you have WiFi built in. There should be instructions online at 2wire or Att's homepages.

Need to buy a WiFi router? Look for models that support 802.11g (it's faster than 802.11b or 802.11a) and WPA (because WPA is bettter than WEP on wireless networks).

Some models also have the DSL modems built in (to save you desk space/plug space) but always check for compatability by asking your Internet Provider before purchasing the hardware. Just follow the setup instructions in the box.

Does your 2nd computer have WiFi hardware already installed?
Go to your device manager and look for a wireless network adapter next to your regular network card.
If not buy a WiFi PCI card or USB WiFi Connector (which is better because you just plug it in your USB port).

What operating system are you using? WinXP is probably the easiest to setup wireless with, followed by Win2000. If you are using another OS platform make sure it's supported by the WiFi hardware.

You need to purchase a DSL Router with wireless. The router will connect to your DSL modem.

Your router will be programed with your DSL user ID and password, therefore eliminating the need for you to connect from your computer with the software you are currently using. The router will remain connected all the time(unless you care to disconnect it.)

a popular LinkSys model is WRT54G

You would then configure the wireless. You can also plug a wired computer in the LinkSys since it has a 4-port hub.

Have fun!

Buy a wireless router, replace the existing modem. The current PC can be connected by the cable provided. You will need a wireless card if your second machine has none.

Call your ISP, and ask if your ADSL modem includes WiFi.

Refer to the previous answer if not.
