It's a tough industry. I would suggest finding another career. You will probably get your heart broke.

Please don't take this the wrong way, from what you're saying that people have told you should be a model is only complement on your looks.
I have watch a few shows on modeling business and what they're looking for in model. In the model business is cut throat from the start. One you would fell their height requirement at 5'4, the shortest you could be is between 5'8 to 5'9" , then how photogenic you're, there will come a time that you have be photo in your birthday suit (nude). Since you're 13 that will go against you. Some of these so call experts on looks can be very nasty how they talk to you.
Please since you're not sure, take it as a complement and find what you really like to do with your life. I hate to see you get hurt how they crush your hopes to be a model. Then you will lose your self esteem, now if this what you really want to do. Grow some tough skin and build a very strong confident about yourself and give it a shot.

If you have the looks and body type than go for it, unless you dont really want to. Dont be self concious about it if you want to do it. Im sure you would make a perfect model,if thats what everyone tells you. If thats something you would like to do follow your dreams. If its not for you than, try something else you would like to do. Its all up to you. Modeling can be a great career and you can make good money, but there are also restrictions like what food you can eat and you have to do a whole bunch of exercising.

I would need a full length picture to REALLY decide (Are you beautiful?) but it sounds like your weight and body shape is about right, I think you might be too young and too short but give it about 4 years and its worth the try. Just remember models dont happen over night.. it could take a long time and a lot of non paid nothing to brag aboiut jobs. Good luck.

Okay here is a tip. What size of shoe do you take. if it is larger that the average girl your age you will grow tall. Anyway, modelling has many facets. Not all the great film stars or public popular models are taller than 5'5'.
try you never know who will like your look and then decided to push you.

Well, i guess it kind of depends if you even want to be a model. Also I'm pretty sure to be on a runway you have to be like atleast 5' 9", thats what I heard.

No. 5'4 is way too short. You have to be at least 5'7'' for runway. They would probably tell you you need to lose weight, too, not because you need to, but because the modeling industry requires practical emaciation.
You might be able to do commercial type work, but that's hard, too. Consider everyone and their mom wants to get their face out their. Don't pay a cent for "modeling classes", and focus on other careers. Don't go to them, let them come to you. If it happens, it happens.

well models have to be a bit taller. they won't even give you the time of day if you are below 5'10". and most models at that height are below a hundred pounds. you sound pretty but please be careful if you go into that model world. it is dangerous and don't change how you look just for that. its a bad buisiness.
