Theres a local radio contest on right now with a whole whack of movie quotes you have to guess. I have them all but 1.

No it is not from Dirty harry or any other Clint Eastwood movie and it is NOT from the Mask either.
Im stumped. Help!

It's someone doing a Dirty Harry impersonation but its NOT Clint Eastwood. Ive tried The Internet Movie Database, I've tried Google and all I come up with is Clint Eastwood movies.

It is from Dirty Harry but it is also in The Man Who Knew Too Little with Bill Murray.

It's my understanding the first quote was from ol' Clint. So it's probably talking about a reference back to it in some other movie. Try googling it in quotes, I got a ton of movies that way.
