Keep up with what you are doing and you most definitely will get a job. I'm a web designer, and I didn't start till I got to college. Rest assured that you will get a job because you are so far ahead for your age. Make sure you keep up with current trends in web design (CSS, Flash uses, etc) and you will be a force to recon with when you get to college. I would highly recommend that you try to find some part time employment when you turn 15 so you can get some actual work experience before you even get to college. Through college, take the most advanced web classes and make sure you enroll in the internship program.
You will get a job, and this is a very rewarding field to work in.

Start by offering to set up sites for local good causes, churches, charities, clubs. Treat them like paying customers - even though they won't pay you - so that you can practice on them. Remember that you will need to produce what they want, although there is nothing to stop you making suggestions.
You will need to be able to use a web editor such as Dreamweaver and work on graphics, Photoshop is the obvious. You need to develop your own guidelines for clients and be able to explain such things as bandwidth in very simple language.
Make sure that you add your signature to html documents as a comment, so that it will not show on line but you can prove you wrote it.
Keep all your notes and drafts. You will be in competition with a lot of other people online but if you are any good and study further - college - you can certainly make a living at it.

thats very good i dont know about online but try asking ppl online or give ads on the net classifieds or in newspapers u may definately get response
