I know the concept exists in NY, but am having trouble figuring out what it is actually called (in order to web search it), and ideas of what would be included on one, prices, etc...

Here In cincinnati ohio We have 2 diff. Places called Ryans and Golden Carol, They are both all you can eat places but They both have a Large Make your own slad Bar. They have lettuce of course Sun flower seeds Ranch....etc And even fruit. To goolge it I would type in All you can eat dinners in nwe york city. There will probly be a huge list long of them just try to find reviews on some of your top picks. Good Luck
