I'm 29 weeks pregnant and for the last week or so, when my baby kicks at night while I'm laying down, some of his movements feel like he's shaking or spasming. It's not hiccups, cause he's had those before. It's more of like a vibrating shaking kinda feeling. I'm calling the doctor today to ask and see if I need to go in, but has anyone else experienced this? I'm so worried!

These dont happen all the time either. Maybe like once or twice in the whole night before I sleep, while he's kicking. Once he was shaking so bad I had to put my hand firmly on my belly to make him stop. And he did stop when I touched my belly and resumed normal kicking.

My daughter rolled completely around most of my pregnancy. There`s very limited space in there, so it may feel like shaking. At 29 weeks, this is normal. Don`t worry!

I used to get a quivering effect as well with my son. He's too big now (35 weeks) but my doctor said it was normal. I didn't worry about his quivering unless I didn't feel him move again within an hour. Just enjoy these feelings because your baby will be out soon and you'll miss having him so close!

He's just taking advantage of all the room his has right now. My babies did that too and they came out healthy and perfect! It feels funny but cool at the same time. Just enjoy it while you can. I sure do miss those days!

yes yes yes yes, thats for my 4 babies i had who shook in my tummy too
i felt it heaps with my 3rd and 4th babies, i thought they were having a fit inside, its like they are kicking 10 times a second,
after my 3rd was born he even used to twitch all the time, it is their nervous system that is still immature, its completely ok
good luck and relax
