I got a new laptop but it's bluetooth function not work, the light didn't on when I press the button (not like wireless function, it's on & can access it).
It shows the BT device work properly & I updated the hardware driver, it is same...
Please help.

Did you try to connect anything to the Bluetooth (ie: bluetooth mouse, cell phone, keyboard, etc). Bluetooth will not do anything else you are trying to pair a device with it. All Bluetooth is, is a form of wireless connection, you need a connection to use it.
