no one can be sure of the answer. But for me, my answer will be yes. In fact, right now women enjoy the same rights with men. (even though leaders that are men are much esteemed than women) But it's just a mindset of people to think males are better than females. Males must dominate, males must lead females. But it doesn't mean females can't be leaders. They are leaders in their own families or in their special way. Look, we have the Girl Scouts. That's a leadership training for young girls.

I think the leadership of tomorrow will be more balanced. Women are getting further and further through the political heirachy in the US and that sends a message to other countries wanting to be like the US. But remember, there was a time already when the PM of the UK was female, and there are many countries with a female leader. There are countries that already know gender has nothing to do with it, the right person for the job is the right person. Statistically it should be pretty even.

Throughout history there have been women leaders: The Queen of Sheba, Cleopatra, Golda Mier, Margaret Thatcher, Benazir Bhutto, Indira Gandhi. You picked the politics category. These are political leaders. In the future there will be other women political leaders. Women will not take over the world in terms of political leadership. In some places women could not, even if they wanted to. Saudi Arabia is the best example.

there have been women leaders, there are women leaders and there will be women leaders. most in the past were royalty, then they became activists and now they have just got their foot in the door of main stream politics and are starting to compete on an equal or near equal level. it remains to be seen how successful they will be and whether they will be accepted. but on a large scale, I don't see them being any more prevalent than at any other time in history.

We have stories in our family of some very capable women. Who in a new world did some strong a55 stuff.
People tend to rise to the times. That's what entropy is about. Physics.

i certainly hope so. Women can do just as much as men can and sometimes, despite what others say, they are better than men at things. Women should be leaders and hopefully will be, and i hope that someday there will be a woman president, maybe this country will finally get a hold of its self, we'll just have to wait and see.

Not all women. Some women still practice the destructive feminist art of victimhood. Only those women with common sense can lead. I've met a couple myself.
