Whatever you say here tell it to local police & make a F.I.R. against this man for abduction of your wife & compelling her for to marry him or forcing her for illicit intercourse with him under section 366 of Indian Penal code. It’s a cognizable offence & police is supposed to investigate this complaint lodged by you & arrest this man.

Huh? What I understand from your question is that this Bhatnager guy has nicely put himself in a straight forward case of kidnapping (your wife). You must rush to the police to lodge a complaint.
