Clogged drains one at each corner on factory roofs added on roofs might have only two drains. Pour slowly from a 1 qt. bottle at the front and back corners each side roof open and look for water running out behind the front wheel and ahead of the rear or behind the rear wheel coat hanger and gentle use of compressed air might free up a partially clogged drain. Some times the headliner has to come down to get acorns out or find a drain tube that has come off.

Ask yourself how old the weather stripping is? if it is more than 5 yrs old it will need to be replaced. another way to check the weather stripping is take a flash light to weather stripping. if there is light on the interior of you vehicle then you will definitely know where you leak is coming from.

Whether a flip top or a slider, either the gasket is getting worn, or the mechanical parts are worn or bent...
usually it is the gasket, they dry rot after a while...
Got trees around? Look carefully to see if any debris got in there and clean it out good...

Water.... leaks.... Seriously.... the weatherstripping must be changed, it is old and dry and thats why it is leaking, take your car to a body shop and see if they can get the rubber seal and put it in for you.

The weather stripping in my Mom's car ended up cracking and eroding around her sunroof. She went to an autobody shop and they used silicone to patch hers, since her car is really old and she's not going to hold on to it too much longer.
