Try this, if it does not work or you are confused email me
Open Regedit to the following location:
Start | Run (type) "regedit" (no quotes)
If found either delete the entry or change the value.
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Restrictions]
"NoBrowserContextMenu"=dword:00000001
Value Data: (0 = disable restriction, 1 = enable restriction)
Note: always Export before editing. Close Regedit and reboot

What web browser are you using? Internet Explorer 6? IE 7? Firefox? Safari? Opera? Solution will be different for each.
Have you scanned your PC for viruses and/or spyware since the problem started?
If you are using a version of IE, go to http://download.com and search for "Firefox". Download and it install it. It is a free alternative to IE that works much better and is more secure against viruses, spywares, etc. Installing and using it instead will probably get you up and working. Then you will have more time to resolve the issue with your IE....

Have you considdered using a different program for saving images in. You could download a new one from the web, you could also do a search on the picture just in case you have saved it in a drive other than where you expect it to be.

There is no real reason why it isn't working.
For sure, yuo should be using save picture as and NOT save target as.
If it completely fails, try using the Print Screen button on your keyboard. Then, open an image editor, open a new file and paste. It should then paste a screen grab and you'll need to crop to the image.

I think the picture that you are trying to save is in a flash animation or is displayed using an applet..
If you can send me the link I can try helping you out..

That is because it is protected. You need to PRINT SCREEN on your keyboard and then open Microsoft Paint [find it in accesories] then Ctrl+V on it. Then you can save it after cropping it. You can also use paintshop pro or photoshop if you have them.
