I think it more depends on the bowler rather than the batsman...
Some wrist spinners have a slight, but noticable change in their action when they bowl the googly, whereas I haven't seen too many off-spin bowlers change their action for the doosra. However, Brad Hogg, Mushtaq Ahmed (until he lost his leg break and began bowling on googlies) and Stuart MacGill haven't got/had a noticable change... Best way for a batsman to play these types of deliveries, is hope the pitch is slow and go back to see which way the ball is turning.

The Googly bowled by a right-arm leg-spinner from the back of his arm if disguised well will be difficult to play. The Dhoosra bowled by an off-spinner which takes the ball away from the right-hand batsman with a disguised action can be difficult to play but playing the googly is more difficult if it is bowled in the correct spot by the bowler.

You can't survive against the googly if you not read quickly Because it is the ball of leg spinner that come back in instead of going out. Predetermine batsman goes to play cover drive or cut by thinking that ball going out. Oh no what happen ball come back in found the gap between the bat and pad, crash on to the stumps or makes you plump in the front and umpire raise the finger.
Doosra of offspinner goes away instead of coming in. batsman think to play with the spin and when doosra deliver ball move long way away from hence ball will miss the edge of bat.
If the ball straighten then it may kiss the edge of the bat
Hence straighten ball is more dangerous then the doosra.

The googly and the 'doosara' are both weapons in a spinners armoury. Both can be difficult for a batsman if they are delivered at the right spot and on a helping pitch. But both googly and 'doosara' are an art which few bowlers like Kumble and Muralidharan have mastered.

It all depends on the individual batsman really. It's whether they can pick out the ball being bowled. Murali for instance terrorises many a batsmen with his box of tricks, yet there are those who hit him for boundaries.

the googly.Because it pithches outside off stump and its easier for us to play the back foot drive, backfoot defence or cut shot.
