Yes O Yes you should tell the person how would they know to stop and notice you and how far you are willing to go for this lifetime to not communicate in some gesture or some verbal comment to get into the physical or longterm life of another
I feel it just comes out it is a feeling add a physical change that draws you to the other person...
Don't just say it mean it ...Put Up or Shut Up
Have something of value and worth to bring to the table
Be Responsible for your words deeds and actions and own up to not just tossing words around or tossing yourself around for that matter...Love can be forever...If you play your cards right Kenny Rodgers said "Know when to hold them ,,Know when to fold them, Know when to walk away and WHEN TO RUN...There will be time enough for counting when the Deal Contract Marriage is done and all your cookies are open...if you play for cookies or dough...or just cold hard diamonds and gold...or pearls...

I do, I may refine it ie: I love the way you..., but I Always tell them, and I always remind them, often. Too many have regretted not tell someone they never saw again, and too many walking around thinking they are unloved.

yah most of the time without hesitation i do tell them over time of getting to know the person, or i have known them for a while i tell them i love them, and there is where i don't have to hesitate at all, cuz i know i truely love that person and they love me back just as much, makes me feel gifted, special and happy.

It depends on how much u like that person, if u really like tht person, i recommend tht u should tell tht person. keeping it a secret in ur heart will only make you sick. I like someone, i jus let him know, somehow, but not directly, what i meant is i dun tell the person i like "I LOVE YOU" I take actions to let him know.

when i was in love with my ex i used to tell him everyday, he was a bit taken back by this as he had never been with a girl who said it that often. Once when i didnt say it to him and went to work, he rang me to tell me he loved me. Bless him. i think its nice to show your emotions as often as you can.
