Unfortunately I use the car all the time. The town I live in is so nosey and they would actually stop and stare at you in the street so I use the car to go to the shop it avoid this. I do walk at during the week as part of my exercise.

I live in a rural area with no mass transit, and a long way to get anywhere. So, I use my car.

However, I'm a bit of a homebody. So, I usually either do my errands on the way home from work, or on Saturday. That way I'm being very conservative with my fuel usage.

I walk if I can, but have to drive to work and back because it's miles away and public transport would take 3 times longer than driving.

I have never learned to drive - I find I can walk to most places.

Yes. with everything centralised and nothing local I have to drive everywhere in order to do things in the time available just like everyone else these days

I live close to the city centre so driving anywhere is a pain. I walk.

I use the car. I live out of town, like small country town so out of town is like a days walk. and there is no such thing as public transport.

No sir. I use my pick-up all the time. I live out in the sticks, so walking is not an option.

well i would walk to work but it is 40min away by car so i dont think i would make it but on the weekends the kids and i walk about everywhere

yes we do because our car is a taxi, it is on the road for at least 12 hours a day
