Below is a actual quote from a liberal pundit.

the public lunacy of Jim Wallis, the Democrats' Christian. Wallis' first remark on the massacre at Virginia Tech last week was to hail the remarkable "diversity" of the victims. True, Cho murdered 32 people in cold blood. But at least he achieved diversity!

If I was in charge such people would be instantly banned from the airwaves and sent for a long sabattical.

No, I never had any doubt as to why they were called the loony left.

While this is an unusual comment, I doubt there is any pundit or for that matter any person who hasn't made some type of comment that would be construed as weird or loony even in the correct context. Putting your foot in your mouth isn't limited to any specific group or ideology.

Also, when in the correct context, Wallis was commenting on the fact that Cho didn't appear to be targeting any specific group or race. Wallis's comments are stating that this tragedy has crossed racial, ethnic, and social barriers and every group is affected by this tragedy.

I highly doubt he was applauding Cho for being an equal opportunity killer.

Two reasons: 1. The alliteration is catchy. 2. The description is accurate.

Well, it is amazing that in a college in a quiet mountain town, citizens from around the world were slaughtered.

Apart from that, they're called the looney left because conservatives have zero ability to debate and no facts to use if they could.

Banning free speech, yes that's very democratic. The founding fathers would be so proud.

Ever examine what comes out of the president's idiotic mouth? Retarded right...
