Me personally? No. It wouldn't really be fair to the person you are dating, would it? You're just stringing them along, and playing with their emotions, while all along you're in love with someone else. That's not right.

We do all the time. We love our parents, our siblings, but somewhere we're taught to believe we have to limit our love. People loose loved ones, but they never loose their love for them. When relationships transform into a different phase, a lot of people become "heartbroken" and throw away all the joy they gained in the relationship by focusing on what they think they might have lost. Why? The human animal was not conceived with a marriage certificate. In these fast moving times of change, people grow apart. Why try to hold onto something that has transformed from what it was? BUT! the love? If you still feel it, why not embrace it, and allow it to prepare you to bring you best self into the next relationship?
