Buffalo!!! These guys are good! Scary good.
This team has speed: Vanek, Campbell, Afinigenov
leadership: Danny Briere, Chris Druuuuuuury
big guys: Adam Mair, Tallinder
and a monster of a goalie between the pipes: Ryan Miller
We're pumped and ready to go. You can't say we're overrated because we won the president's cup. We won the most games this season.

I give the Sabres the edge, mainly because of superior speed. The way the game is being officiated, speed will translate into power plays. Also, Buffalo is deep in talent, and Ottawa won't be able to successfully check all lines. However, to win the cup, Buffalo will have to go through Anaheim, a team which also has excellent speed and perhaps a more skilled defence corps.

You understand there are more then 2 teams still playing don't you? In the last 8 years the Sens have choked how many times? That's counting your chickens before they hatch. And Buffalo is a really good team. Have you seen SJ play? They're a pretty good team wouldn't you say? And you can't count out the Luongu affect. Personally, I think it's gonna be who ever comes out of the West.

I love Buffalo, but you never know how injuries can affect the outcome, just look at what happened last year. So let us just wait and see who makes it to the cup finals, and then determine who we think will win.

I agree with the last poster, Buffalo fans are so full of themselves. They have never won anything, and never will. Ottawa dominated them in the regular season, with the exception of one game, even when Ottawa was doing poorly at the beginning of the season, Buffalo was an easy win for them. And to that guy who posted that Buffalo is deep in talent, Ottawa far surpasses them. Ottawa can dish out four scoring and four checking lines, Buffalo sure as hell can't. I've said this for the past two years, ever since the new Buffalo team came into being, you check them hard and often, you will win, and when teams do that, they win.
