According to spoilerfix.com George is suppose to be leaving the show for next season. It's not finalized as of yet, but it's up in the air as of now. I really hope he don't go, but if he stays, it will cause a lot of friction between him, Izzie, and Callie.

I doubt he will leave. I think he feels pressure to leave cuz of the tension of him being around Izzie causes with Kallie. He will find a way to stay.

addison is getting her own spin off show called "Private practice"not sure about George i believe he plans to try to transfer to another hospital which i am sure will fall through some how
