No. The 'Elephant Man' was named John Merrick and suffered from a disease called acromegaly.

The hunchback of notre dame was fictitious and never existed in reality. His name was clyde.

I don;t believe they were the same person 'but they did have some of the same humps and bumps and both lived really sad lifes,,,,,,,,,,,,,,lol
